Dental Care

Good oral health is important, and significantly adds to an animal’s quality of life. Our goal is to educate and help clients provide excellent oral hygiene for their pets. We will be happy to provide tips and tricks to make daily dental care a part of your pet’s routine.

Both dogs and cats hide mouth discomfort from their owners. Some symptoms that indicate bad teeth or mouth pain include changes in behavior, lethargy, changes in appetite and bad breath. Your pet may only chew on one side or drop food while eating.

Persistent mouth infections also have negative consequences on the whole body, eventually negatively affecting the liver, heart and kidneys.

In the event your animal needs dental work, we can perform a dental cleaning. All of our dentals are done under anesthesia. We also do dental xrays and extractions when appropriate.
